Aviram Eisenberg is the founder and CEO of Ignite, a company that does software outsourcing for ISV's (Independent Software Vendors) in Israel.
Previous to launching Ignite, Aviram served as the Chief Architect for MIND CTI, a public company traded on the NASDAQ that provides end-to-end billing and mediation solutions for the Telecom industry.
Aviram provided solid leadership for the architecture group, the group that defines the Company's next-generation solutions. He designed and managed software projects for strategic customers like Vodafone and Hutchison, and managed on-going technical relationships with such partners as Oracle, SUN, IBM, HP and others.
As MIND's Chief Architect, Aviram was an integral part of the development and optimization of the hybrid onsite-offshore delivery model and a distributed Agile development methodology initiated by MIND to meet the need for cost-effective R&D in the wake of the 'dot.com' crisis. Aviram oversaw the development of new R&D procedures to support this delivery model, defined and conducted training for R&D personnel and forged effective communications between the Israeli and East-European teams.
Aviram saw the potential benefit inherent in hybrid onsite-offshore delivery for the entire Israeli software industry. After seven years of intensive and successful work, he launched Ignite to make this proven delivery model accessible to all Israeli ISVs.
