Now that Clarizen project management software 2.0 is behind us, Clarizen 2.1 is cooking. I recieved a mail from clarizen reporting warnings and issues that need to be resolved in my projects...
Stuff like ...
Planning component Internal Beta2 in project Stanton is past due date
Task Image crop due on 4/24/2007 5:00:00 PM has no resources assigned
Task create ccks due on 4/19/2007 5:00:00 PM has resource assigned without license
etc...

I think the mail should be a bit more customized explaining each of the warning and sorted first by Project and then by the type of problems encountered.

There should also be a small text in the beginning explaining the process...
I enjoy the project and it's useful to me I think the mail reports are great - the information simply needs to be delivered with a bit more structure and context
