My projects are heavily spec and QC reliant. Is there a way to implement check-lists into the application? For example a spec template with check-boxes and fields at the start of project, with spec driven tasks afterwords. In short, there may be 5 major tasks involved in a project with 10 subcategories in each. There is always x number of categories and each has x number of specs with each of the specs having a completed condition. Project specs, tasks, and task specs are always x. It cannot be relied on the manager to input them at the beginning of each project and should be all seen at a glance. I've been looking for something like this for a while now, and have so far resorted to using excel which is not very efficient either.

Answer

Currently  we are not supporting checklist in the system. This functionality is included in our near future plans, infrastructure is ready to support this and it will be developed  along with the gates support. As an alternative and temporary solution today you can include  a list of checks as a task into WBS.
