Clarizen Named Industry Visionary at Software 2007 Conference
Leading Industry Award Earned for Innovation, Vision in SaaS
MENLO PARK, Calif. May 3rd, 2007
In recognition of its innovative on-demand project management software, Clarizen Inc. received the Software 07 Conference Visionary Award at the Israeli software industry group's recent Software 2007 Summit. The coveted award recognized three companies for advances in software for business innovation.
"Clarizen’s vision and deep understanding of the potential of the Software-as-a-service (SaaS) business model to promote collaboration between businesses has resulted in an innovative and highly collaborative enterprise-grade project management solution that can rapidly bring value to business users in a wide variety of industries around the world,” said Software 2007 conference chairman Amos Maggor.
"The global trend of strong support for SaaS and on-demand delivery models will continue, bringing dynamic new players to the global software stage," says Ken Wasch, president of the U.S.-based SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association). "Clarizen’s SaaS approach and ability to ease significant business and operation pain points makes it an exciting new innovator to watch."
Clarizen CEO and co-founder Avi Nowogrodski addressed the general assembly with “Winning Through Partnerships” and participated in the SaaS panel on “SaaS for the Enterprise” at the conference.
Clarizen’s collaborative project management solution is already being tested by users from dozens of companies worldwide who have joined the company's design partners program.
