User’s Global Roles

  1. #1 Set Role:
    Admin can assign Administrative, Financial or Super User permissions by clicking on the corresponding check box.
  • Administrator can set Special permissions of the user by opening the user’s Properties from the Admin>Users page and checking the corresponding check boxes:
    • An Administrator is the person who is responsible for organizational and system environmental settings. Read More
    • A Super User is one who has access to view and edit any project without needing to be assigned to it specifically. Read More
    • Financial Permissions allow the user to have access to all budget, rates and billing items across the application. Read More
