OK, so your organization maybe working with different
resource pools, sometimes by geography, sometimes by line of business, job
titles, skill sets, and many other ways. Now you can set this structure in
Clarizen, optimize the resource assignment process by filtering the resource
list to show resources from selected pool only.
How do you do that?, just
go and create a new group, under the User Maintenance tab in the Setting
system, and add the relevant team members to the group,
You can add a group
to a group, and you can apply group members some properties (time zone,
Language, Direct Manager). Same goes for the Skills and Job Title tabs.
Once
created your groups, skills and Job titles, you can now use these when
assigning resources to a task |
