Suppose, you as an administrator of the system would like to fully prepare your team's environment before they actually work on the system (e.g: create for them typical reports, store them into their favorites, create for them default filters, etc). To be able to do that, you would need to finalize their regitration and setup their own account. To do so, input your own email while creating those users and by that, you will be able to finalize those user's registration (input some common password to all) Then, you will be able to login to each user's environment and setup appropriate preference. When done, you are able to invite them once again to the system (and reset password altogether) by going into the "settings"->"users" tab, select all appropriate users and click on "send invitation" |
