Hello
The layout of the system which is really good , had me under the assumption and aniticipation taht the system has management approach appropriate for ADMIN or PMO- an  overlooking  view  via the system and not via reports (queries) some exsits and maybe in the future somemore can be enhanced : I would look forward :
1) To being notified of reported time or % completion reported to tasks and issues - stating project X updated- task X updated- showing the resource is active and  update his/her tasks.
2) I would feel more ease if I was included by role default in all projects and tasks and issues - presently I use the filter to check for projects created where I do not have a role - for me this contradicts the concept of Admin or PMO.
3) To be able to use time tracking funtion without the mandatory  reminders for the timesheets. some where along the way this would encourage the full  use of the function.
4) To view all active work items on screen of all projects as if all items are under the PMOs responsibilty - on the home page- so day by day - these are the taks that are being worked on/should be in progress .
5) To be notified -  via the system - not only by email - new users added .
6) To be notified - via the system warnings - per project of  contradictive situations, resource allocation clashes, resource allocation overloads, projects not proggressing , projects ahead of time, projects behind .

Hello
Just went back to the system and realized item (2) in jest and in part is availably under the "work items"tab, this is under a condition where if I have added myselfy as a reviewer/resource to all projects . I have added myself as a reviewer to all projects, unfotunatly this is not inherited by all tasks or by all milestones in the project (by default) hence I am able under this tab view all project but not all tasks. This can cause a mixup - since I was under the understanding of assignment at the project level is inheretied by the lower levels, and also since the screen does show numerous tasks and milestone - it is not obvious that the query contains complete information. If a new project is added and I am not included - I will not be notified notr will I know of this project until I make a query .

Unicorn, the system roles have developed and continues to be developed along the way.

Admin of the system, should have administrative functions and should not act as PMO or any other role.

I do agree that the role of Overall Project manager (PMO) is missing, and could be worked around by using the Super User role, but it still misses some functionality which should be solved with V4.0 (adding the I have no role to the workitem subsystem)

With future version, we plan to re-define the Roles and Authorization mechanism, and will surly take your suggestions into consideration

Keep on sharing your ideas, I am sure all users can benefit from them

Gal
