Avinoam Nowogrodski explains how Clarizen helps companies become real time enterprises

Hi, I want to start my first Clarizen blog post with a short introduction. My name’s Lior, as you’ve probably noticed, I’ve recently joined Clarizen as CTO after a line of technical and managerial positions in various companies, from 2 person startups to IBM, at 400,000 strong. I’ve seen agile processes and was active on strict ones and was always drawn to how people work – how can some type of order be added to the chaos while not losing innovation, keeping people motivated, and most importantly – increasing revenues. As Clarizen’s CTO I will be dealing with a lot of these issues, as well as working with the development community, introducing new and exciting ways to extend Clarizen even further using your own apps or through 3rd party sites.

Running a SaaS business is a profession in and by itself. In this post I want to share my views on the key elements of running a SaaS company. I would first state that the most important part is understanding the limitations of your own organization and knowledge.
