Cons: There are so many features that some may feel overwhelmed with all the possible options.
My Take: This is actually pretty true. Although it is not always fun to be critical of ourselves, we have taken a good look at ourselves and the platform and have realized that we have a hard time saying no to functionality and as a result have kept adding more and more functionality in each release. This has lead to some very happy customers who have asked for specific functionality to be added, but it may has also led to a slightly overwhelming user experience that could take some getting used to.
Which is why our next several releases are being focused on simplicity. We have set aside a chunk of development time to focus on simplicity and clarity in order to make the functionality and usability clearer and more intuitive to any level of user. The mock-ups of the upcoming releases are incredible. It will pave the way to an entirely new level of project management.
